Production times may vary depending on the details of your order (i.e. quantity, model number and complexity of your order). Generally speaking, production time for the majority of our products is 7-10 business days once you have submitted your order form to your account manager.
Rush service is available for certain products for an additional charge. Please contact an Account Manager to see if your deadline is achievable.
All shipments are shipped via courier and require a signature for delivery. Couriers we normally use are UPS, Fedex or Canada Post depending on your delivery location. All packages are fully insured for your protection.
We offer a wide variety of packaging options such as tin boxes, magnetic boxes, gift boxes, and retail-ready boxes and plastic cases. If you prefer to do your own packaging, we also offer bulk shipment as an option.
We offer a full selection of tags including key rings, keychains, lanyards, and more!
For the best print quality please send us your logo artwork in vector (.eps file format) outline format. For simple text placement just email your account representative the text you would like with your preferred font type and we can setup your artwork proof from that. See our artwork requirements for more information.
You can expect a reply to an emailed quote request by the next business day at the latest. If you call and speak with an account manager you can get your quote even sooner.
Depending on the USB model ordered, most orders are shipped out in 7-10 business days once confirmed into production. Rush orders are available (3-5 business days), however are limited to specific models and also do involve additional charges if applicable. Contact one of our account managers for more details.

The easiest way to submit your artwork is via email if your file is less than 5MB, but we can also accept artwork sent in on CD, USB flash drive, FTP or file other file transfer service online.
*Be sure to notify your account manager once you have sent your file(s) so we can confirm with you that we received them.
