What’s included in the prices quoted?

Each flash drive order includes a virtual proof, 1-3 color imprints (1 side), a specific data upload amount, basic poly bag packaging and fees associated with importing your order form our overseas factory. Any additional imprints, imprint process, and PMS case matching may include additional cost and set ups.  Shipping charges are also extra and are confirmed by your account manager once you have finalized the details for your order.

I noticed the flash drive price can change from week to week. How long is my quote good for?

Flash memory is traded as a commodity, which can cause pricing to fluctuate daily. To make pricing easier for our customers, we encourage you to buy in bulk so that you can benefit from volume discounted pricing. Your quote is normally good for the remainder of the week until the following Monday. Pricing may be warranted for a longer period of time, depending on market price fluctuations and inventory levels.  Speak to your account manager to get the latest pricing available prior to placing your order.

How much data can be stored on the flash drive memory I purchase?

You can store data on approximately 90-95% of the drive’s total capacity. The remaining space is used by the drives file-system metadata so the drive can function normally.

Who is responsible for taxes and duties on my order?

Typically, any import charges (brokerage, taxes, duty) should automatically be billed to our account.  In the event that you should receive these charges upon delivery of your order, please contact your account manager immediately and we will either make the correction with the carrier directly or reimburse you for these charges.  Our pricing and logistics cover these charges so you should not have any surprises upon delivery.

In the event your package is stopped at customs for inspection, any fees would be the responsibility of the client.

How long is your production time?

Production times may vary depending on the details of your order (i.e. quantity, model number and complexity of your order). Generally speaking, production time for the majority of our products is 10-14 business days once you have submitted your order form to us.

Rush service is available for certain products for an additional charge. Please contact an Account Manager to see if your deadline is achievable.

How are orders shipped to clients?

All shipments are shipped via courier and require a signature for delivery. Couriers we normally use are UPS, Fedex or Canada Post depending on your delivery location. All packages are fully insured for your protection.

What packaging options do you have?

We offer a wide variety of packaging options such as tin boxes, magnetic boxes, gift boxes, and retail-ready boxes and plastic cases. If you prefer to do your own packaging, we also offer bulk shipment as an option.

What USB key accessories do you offer?

We offer a full selection of tags including key rings, keychains, lanyards, and more!

Submitting An Appropriate Logo for Print

We strongly encourage you when uploading your file(s) to upload vector logos such as .AI or EPS. (These files are created in programs such as Illustrator and InDesign.)

However, if you do not have that file type we are able to work with high resolution .PSD, .PDF or .PNG files. (These files are created in programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign.)

How long will it take to receive a quote?

You can expect a reply to an emailed quote request by the next business day at the latest. If you call and speak with an account manager you can get your quote even sooner.

How long before I can receive my order?

Depending on the USB model ordered, most orders are shipped out in 7-10 business days once confirmed into production. Rush orders are available (3-5 business days), however are limited to specific models and also do involve additional charges if applicable. Contact one of our account managers for more details.

How do I send my artwork/data files to you?

The easiest way to submit your artwork is via email if your file is less than 5MB, but we can also accept artwork sent in on CD, USB flash drive, FTP or file other file transfer service online.

*Be sure to notify your account manager once you have sent your file(s) so we can confirm with you that we received them.
